3 Components in Fitness Nutrition for Post Workout

Post Workout

Women have different nutrition needs than men. Learning what to eat and when to eat it is an important part in learning to how to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. There is so much confusion about what to and what not to eat post-workout. The important thing to remember is that women fitness nutrition in general needs some clear and factual intelligence to make overall health better. If the other meals of the day are not executed properly, you will not achieve your goals from your workout.

Let's make some sense of this topic by discussing the main reasons why we workout.

1. Improve health
2. Improve body composition
3. Improve performance

We need to focus on what our body experiences during exercise in order to determine what nutrients are needed for the body. During an intense workout, we are breaking down muscle tissue (protein breakdown), essentially damaging the tissues. This sounds bad, but this is actually what makes us lean and muscular, stronger and fitter. But this damage needs to be repaired and the muscle rebuilt (protein synthesis).
Essentially, post-workout women fitness nutrition needs to do 3 things:

1. Replenish glycogen (our body uses fuel when exercising and uses our glycogen stores for fuel)
2. Stop protein breakdown (or catabolism)
3. Promote protein synthesis (build and repair)

Muscle building occurs when our body receives a positive protein balance during recovery. Protein synthesis is triggered (while protein breakdown is suppressed) when consuming the right type of nutrients after exercise. Let's also remember that our body depletes stored carbohydrates (glycogen) during exercise, which need to be refilled, meaning our body NEEDS protein and carbohydrates post-workout.

During exercise and post-exercise, our blood circulates more rapidly to our muscle, especially the muscles being trained. If we strategically put the nutrients needed for building and repair into our bloodstream at the right times, our body will effectively be able to recover and replenish more efficiently.

This brings us to the "window" of opportunity. During this window, our muscles are primed to accept nutrients that can stimulate muscle repair and growth. Research suggests this window is opened immediately after a workout. While protein synthesis lasts for up to 4 hours, our body will receive the most benefit from nutrients within two hours after exercises. If you wait too long to refuel your body, a decrease in glycogen storage and protein synthesis occurs.

So What Should I Eat?
Let's recall what it is that we are trying to achieve with post-workout women fitness nutrition:

1. Replenish glycogen
2. Stop protein breakdown
3. Promote protein synthesis

This tells us we need carbohydrates to replenish and protein to prevent further breakdown and promote rebuilding.

This recipe is perfect for after a workout because it contains protein and carbohydrates. Try them this week and let me know below what you think!
I cannot lay claim to this recipe. I found it a few months back in Oxygen magazine and finally tried it. It rocks!

  3. Spray a 12-muffin tin with cooking spray. Evenly divide mixture amongst muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
BUILD AND REPAIR FOR A PROPER WOMEN FITNESS NUTRITION PLAN!
Because our window is small, we need to ensure we have quick digesting carbohydrates and quick digesting protein post-workout for women fitness nutrition. Sources such as isolates and dextrose, or a recovery drink, are best taken at this time. You can make your own recovery drink with protein powder and dextrose or stick to whole foods such as fish and white rice. Whole foods digest slowly, which is why most fitness enthusiasts choose liquid post-workout over whole foods.

We want to continue to take advantage of the two-hour "window", and therefore consume whole foods within two hours of exercising. Because we are still in prime building and repairing mode, we again want to have a quick digesting protein and some form of carbohydrates. I choose to eat complex carbohydrates here as I have already replenished my glycogen stores with a recovery drink and want to ensure I am not consuming too many calories that will in turn be stored as fat.

Forgetting to properly fuel your body is a detrimental step in your women fitness nutrition plan.  It can set you back and hinder your progress.  If you want to be the best you, you will remember the tips I have suggested and start implementing them right away into your women fitness nutrition plan for optimal results.

Vitamins- Essential part of your body

Vitamins

A: Lecithin
A mixture of glycolipids, triglycerides and phospholipids of which examples are phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol are mostly lecithin.
Lecithin has two definitions which mainly you get whom you ask, firstly, it refers to lecithin which is commercial includes lecithin supplements, which comes from egg yolk or soybeans. Secondly, a term which is used synonymously with phosphatidyl choline (PC) is lecithin that is found in the living organism's cells, same plants and animals.

Of the 10 main types this lecithin or phosphatidyl choline as a phospholipids of lipids in the cell membranes, which also includes cholesterol, glycolipids, spingomyelin, phosphatidylethnolamine, phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl glycerol, diphosphatidyl glycerol (cardiolipin), and phosphatidic acid. Hydrophobic tails are found in phospholipids which mean that they repeatedly push away from the area which is full of water and surrounds the cell and maintaining the fatty cholesterol, which to the cell membrane gives rigidity. "EMULSIFYING ACTION" is lecithin which is its function and of commercial lecithin it is one of the main uses. This is used to keep butter, margarine, bars of chocolate and many more; this is basically act as a emulsifying agent.

Moreover, generally this lecithin supplements when talked about are usually referred as phosphatidyl choline, or its purified form we can say it more specifically, which is choline, which is an essential nutrient and a B-vitamin.

To both phosphatidyl choline and choline there is much better health benefit and is found in lecithin supplements. With treatments for a variety of diseases forming lowering the high cholesterol level, to reducing stroke and heart attack, atherosclerosis, dispelling symptoms of cirrhosis of the liver and gall stones, this compound is mainly associated. It also helps to improve loss of memory. As aids to weight loss these lecithin supplements are currently marked.

Though this should be noted that phosphatidyl choline itself is not an essential nutrient. When the need arise so our body can produce more of this although our bodies already have it. On the same side, choline, from the foods we eat can only be derived. Various debilitating disease can be the deficiency of this compound not least of which is cirrhosis of the liver. Phosphatidyl choline is normally synthesized by the body to form choline which is a very good thing about it by the body to form choline, so lecithin which contains a high percentage of the compound could help boost your supply of choline and also overcome a potential deficiency which is taking a lot into our bodies.

One of the few emulsifiers approved are also lecithin supplements by the United States Food and Drug Administration also called GRAS or the full form is Generally Recommended as Safe for use of consumer. For lecithin supplements there are no Recommended Dietary Allowances. Though an adequate intake of choline is recommended by some scientists. 550 mg is often recommended as daily adequate for men and for women 425 mg is required.

In the market both choline and lecithin supplements are available. on the other hand, to elevate your choline levels, you want the most effective way then the intake of lecithin supplements is often optional. Anyhow, your body will just manufacture the phosphatidyl choline into choline for use. Another reason that choline supplementation is sometimes discouraged is that taking large amounts of choline supplements has been known to make a fish-like stink in the customer.

Best way to take lecithin supplements is to take them with meal for your body to absorb nutrients. In glandular form consider sprinkling lecithin supplements into your food.
Anything requiring a natural emulsifier or even lubricant lecithin is commercially for it, to protective coverings from the pharmaceuticals. We can take an example; the emulsifier is lecithin that keeps from separating the chocolate and cocoa butter in a candy bar.

A: Flavonoids
Before you have most likely heard about antioxidants. This antioxidant basically acts as cell protectors. The essential element of life which is oxygen is in the air we breathe.
To our body on the other hand oxygen can also be damaging. Free radicals are created which are also called by-products which can be damaging during metabolism which is normal. If left unchecked, free radicals may cause whatever thing from heart damage, cataracts, and even cancer because they can deteriorate our body's immune system. To counter these free radicals before they be able to do damage to the cell, to them antioxidants binds.

In several forms these antioxidants came into being which are vitamin C, vitamin E, Carotenoids and flavonoids. Flavonoids are the most important antioxidants after vitamin C which is found in fruits and vegetables. But what are exactly flavonoids.
What Flavonoids is?

As polyphenolic compounds these flavonoids are described in organic chemistry. Which also process 15 carbon atoms, by linear three carbon chain are joined by two benzene rings. So these flavonoids are based carbon elements. They are organic which means. One of the most characteristics classes of compound is constituted sin higher plants. As flower pigments you can easily identify many flavonoids in most families of angiosperm or flowering plants. However, in flowers, flavonoids do not only occur, but in all parts of the plant, specifically, the fruit, stem, seeds, leaves, and even roots.
How for you are Flavonoids Good?

More and more researchers are beginning to investigating into the once-hidden rock bottom of foods and they're discovering that vitamins and natural resources aren't all there is to it.
Flavonoids, they discovered, or bioflavonoid as some like to refer to them, are perhaps one of the largest group of "other" nutrients Researchers have identified more than 4,000 of these organic substances in plants.
Plant pigments like carotenes are also flavonoids. These are the substances that give plants their various colors. Many flavonoids are antioxidant just like carotenes and they help to protect plants from damaging radicals which are free. One major difference which differ them is that flavinoids are water soluble while carotenes are soluble in oil.

Flavonoids and the French Paradox
For your health, if you still cannot figure this out that how flavinoids can do then take as a clue FRENCH PARADOX. This French paradox is that they eat almost four times more butter and three times more lard than the Americans do. So as compared to Americans this means, the French usually have higher cholesterol levels and the blood pressures. To die, thus the French are 2.5 times less likely from coronary heart diseases than the average American. Now why is this so?

The answer which is suggested by many people is that lies in the French liberal consumption of red wine, in beneficial antioxidants it is rich in it such as flavonoids that against coronary heart gives protection and it seemed that the cholesterol level is lowered down. Also on the other hand, prevention of abnormal blood clots by the flavonoids in French red wine., thus it decreases the risk of heart angina or atherosclerosis. As a matter of fact, a glass or two of wine daily protects against the diseases of heart this has been proved by at least 8 medical studies.

Flavonoids for Long Life
Ever wonder that as compared to westerns why Asians have apparently longer life span? To drink tea, most contribute it to the Asians propensity. Common green tea and black tea are very common among them, the Chinese are fond of herbal teas especially. It appears that these green and black tea contains 25-30% flavonoids which include quercetin and gallic esters. Against heart diseases they also protect like that in grapes and other fruits and even vegetables.

In flavonoids consumer and foor manufacturers have become very much interested for their properties in medicines, especially in the prevention of cancers and cardiovascular disease their potential role. The beneficial effects of fruit, vegetables, and tea or even red wine have been credited to flavonoid compounds rather than to recognized nutrients and vitamins.

A: Taurine
An amino acid which is found in meat and other animal foods are called taurine. It is basically not found in milk and milk products, which protects the heat from harm. From ox bile it was first discovered in the year 1827 where high concentration of taurine was there. With bovines it was connected who Latin names BOS TAURUS. From it this taurine name was derived. To clear cholesterol from the body it strengthens bile acids. It combats cellular problems that to the heart are harmful. In the 1820's this nutrient was discovered but the therapeutic value of taurine still remains to be verified. As a free molecule it occurs in the body and never become a part of muscle protein. Taurine molecule is water soluble and it does not cross the fatty membranes which the body cell's compromises. An amino acid is the name that it could be called. Of the amino acid indeed it is the product of the metabolism. About the herb there is conflicting reports but some claim that it has health benefits for disorders of visions, epilepsy and gall stones. In the nerve tissues, lungs, muscles and bile of many animals it is widely found. It although plays vital role in the body but it is less popular animals and is important to newborns. As nonessential it was regarded for sometimes for humans but nowadays it was found out that it could be essential under few circumstances.

2. Benefits of Taurine
On is own the body synthesizes taurine. Those who do not eat meat called strict vegetarian however are advised to get taurine from other sources in order to have the recommended allowance for this derivatives of amino acid. For pregnant women this is especially true or those planning to conceive a baby. In the development of visual and central nervous system of the fetus and infant who are growing, taurine plays an essential role.
For taurine there are a number of uses in the body which include:
  • In the CNS it is an inhibitory neurotransmitter.
  • For efficient fat absorption and solubilization it is used.
  • It is an effective antioxidant.
  • In renal development it may have an important role.
  • A role in digestion is been played by taurine.
  • Under high stress or in disease state taurine is useful.
  • As a detoxifying agent it works.
3. Intake of taurine.
Taurine enhances or decreases the action of other nutrients like some herbs. Monosodium glutamate can reduce the effectiveness of taurine. Meanwhile, zinc has the opposite effect as it enhances taurine. Amino acids beta-alanine and beta-hyptaurine including vitamin B panthotenic acid can lessen the effect of taurine. Zinc deficiency and combined vitamin A and zinc deficiency are connected with increased taurine excretion in the urine. Cysteine and viamin B6 are the most critical nutrients that support the manufacture of taurine in human beings.

Consult your doctor if you wish to try taurine supplements.
Such as red bull, Taurine is one of the ingredients you can find in energy drinks. It is also found in pills which contain caffeine and/or other stimulants.

A: Fish oil
From the tissues of oily fish these fish oils are derived. This oil in nature contains the Omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid which also called EPA and docosahaenoic acid DHA,
For a healthy diet nowadays these fish oils are recommended. Once a week it is essential and beneficial to eat fish or even more but to avoid the fish species it is must be taken which contain the mercury which is toxin or Chlordane which is included in other contaminants. Fish list includes Largemouth Bass, Sturgeon, and few others such as Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel, and Tilefish. These species are often predators, which can easily accumulate substances which are toxic substances which are due to their positions at the top of the food chain.

Taking fish oil, some experts believe that it can help to regulate the cholesterol in the body. This is due to the high levels of Omega 3, which is specifically the effects of the EPA and DHA constituents which is on Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor alpha (PPARa), not only cholesterol reduction is the benefit but also properties which are anti-inflammatory and effects positively on the body composition. Moreover, it should be come to know that the preferred source of omega 3 should be from the body of fish but not from the liver. Seals, whales etc whose liver of fish and many more are used contains the active form of Vitamin A with the omega-3 for example in cod liver oil. At levels when are high, this can be dangerous which is the form of vitamin. To the land of inuit this proved fatal to early explorers.

Raw liver were given to them by the natives which a toxic overdose of vitamin is given for the explorer which are white, moreover to the inuit who except animal liver had no other sources of vitamin A.
Several reasons have found by many scientists who believe that the heart disease the high incidence, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, aging which is premature, and some cancer forms which is due to the imbalance between our omega-6 and omega-3 intake. Previously, our forefathers thrived on a balanced diet which is perfect with a ratio of 1:1. Changes in our habits of diet which are recently made through years have pushed that ration to something that is close to 20:1. This for nature spells trouble big time.

2. Sources of Fatty Acids
In vegetable oils such as corn oil and soy oil these omega-6 fatty acids are commonly found. High amount of linoleic acid is been found in these both which are important components that make up Omega-6. on the next hand, Omega-3 which is fatty acids are found in flaxseed oil, fish oils, walnut oil, and marine plankton.
The predominant alpha-linelic acids are walnut oils and flaxseed while the major components of this fatty fish and fish oils are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Of these fatty acids are EPA and DHA which are found in fish oils are the most beneficial and the most active.

3. Benefits of Fish Oils Supplements:
first brought up was when Danish physicians noticed that low risks of heart disease and arthritis was of Greenland Eskimos was the importance of fish oils.
This is amazing, which consider that the Eskimos consume high diet of fat. To the presence of EPA and DHA in fish oils and fatty fish, the benefit was later credited.
How Fish Oil benefits the Human Brain

DHA which is one of the largest CONSUMER of fish oil is the human brain. Although a normal adult human brain contains more grams of fish oil DHA. To reduce the secretion of the hormone serotonin the low levels of fish oil DHA, which are linked to disorders of behavior which includes: suicide, depression, and violence. A high intake of fish and fish oils are studied which are concerning the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and can significantly low the memory which is the age related loss and impairment of cognitive function.
To consuming fish oils, there are several more benefits linked. A few are those mentioned above.
The fish oils (EPA and DHA) plays a very important role in the atherosclerosis, this has been proved by recent discoveries, also these include heart attack, depression and cancer. Clinical studies were also conducted and the results clearly showed the result of fish oils against these chronic ailments. Many disorders as well as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, and Raynaud's disease are supposed to be treated from side to side fish oil supplementation.

A: Biloba ginkgo
This vitamin biloba ginkgo which is extracted from the tree which is the oldest in the world called ginkgo tree. Around for 150-200 million years ago this tree was first appeared. Charles Darwin labeled it as a living fossil.
In the market this biloba ginkgo vitamin is large quantity. From gingko biloba these supplements of biloba ginkgo vitamin is derived and are believed to carry the secrets to endurance and longevity, and well-being being derived from a tree that survived 250 million years. To be well effective, each biloba ginkgo vitamin must contain in it flavonoids of 24% and terpenoids 6%. To give the optimum benefit to the person by taking it, these are required levels.

2. Benefits of Biloba ginkgo Vitamin
The major beneficial effects of these biloba ginkgo vitamins can be easily summarized into three parts. Firstly, to improve blood flows to the blood vessels this biloba ginkgo vitamins are known and most tissues and organs which are especially the brain and the heart. Opposite to this, oxygen to enable so that to reach more neurons and to improve circulation by relaxing the surrounding muscles to the tiny vessels of blood. Secondly, potent antioxidant are present in biloba ginkgo vitamins that can easily control radicals which are free and promote youth, health and vigor to the biloba ginkgo vitamin user. And at the last, this biloba ginkgo vitamin block the stimulation which is over of platelet activating factor of PAF that causes a number of cardiovascular renal, respiratory and CNS disorders if they are unregulated.

To prople this biloba ginkgo vitamin is of great benefit that in their lives are in advance stage and period. The biloba ginkgo vitamins' chemical components could help boost memory as a result of aging. People with Alzheimer's are reported to have found release in these biloba ginkgo vitamins too. As a matter of truth, the use of biloba ginkgo vitamins are reported to have postponed the effects of Alzheimer's from six to 12 months. Biloba ginkgo vitamin is an approved medicine for Alzheimer's in Germany.

3. How to Take Biloba ginkgo Vitamin?
Early in the morning, these biloba ginkgo vitamins are best used and no more time than afternoon. The requirement is 40 to 200 mgs. For daily healthy person it is important. But for the people who use biloba ginkgo as a treatment. The suggested amount is for three to four timed which is 40 mg can be administered. At first try using 40 mg to check if there is any marked improvement in memory or thinking. If no adverse effect is noticed then increase the addition of the dose.

There are no side effects of biloba ginkgo. If biloba ginkgo vitamins are taken, so moderate caution must be exercised which are taken with the anticoagulant and drugs of antiplatelet. And if after administering the biloba ginkgo vitamin, symptoms obvious then one should lower the dosage or discontinue it altogether should the need occur.

These biloba ginkgo vitamins are useful. But into consideration, these biloba ginkgo vitamin's blood-thinning component should be taken, in excess of 60 mg it should not be administered of the biloba ginkgo vitamins per day especially for a long period of time unless and until observed by a experienced representative of health. There are other drugs or supplements that you might unwittingly took that have the same blood-thinning properties which includes aspirin, fish oils, cuomadin and vinpocetine. Sometime, adverse effect might be caused by these similar drugs or supplements to the body of taken mutually with biloba ginkgo vitamins.

A: Omega-3
Polyunsaturated fatty acids are the omega-3 fatty acids which are classified as the essential and the important because their synthesized cannot be taken place in the body, from food they must be obtained.
In human nutrition the important omega-3 fatty acids are:
  • a-linolenic acid (ALA)
  • eicosapebtaenoic acid (EPA)
  • docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Omega-3 fatty acid as we already know that it refer to a form of polyunsaturated fats which one of the four basic types of fats that from food the body can derive. Few others are cholesterol, saturated fat, monounsaturated fat. Vital to human health all the polyunsaturated fats are considered. With the development of degenerative diseases which the food is rich in saturated fats include heart disease and cancer. For you the polyunsaturated fatty acids are good which is omega-3 fatty acid usually found in fish cold water.

Between the human and the omega-3 fatty acids the first correlation was discovered when scientists studied the inuit which is in the year 1970s in Greenland and is also called Eskimo. Inuit are found to have suffered less from certain diseases which includes coronary heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus and psoriasis than the other Europeans. Their health was usually very high in fat which was yet found on daily basis due to consuming whale, seal and salmon. Eventually the researchers found out that the same among their food are denominator is the omega-3 fatty acids which cause the benefits of disease countering.

As these findings were explore by the scientist, they after that learnt that without the supply of omega-3 fatty acid which is polyunsaturated, the body is forced to build cell membrane to use saturated fats. The less elastic cell membrane which could cause a negative effect on the heart, this is because to resting stage this is harder to make. Insulin sensitivity is also improved by omega-3 fatty acid to people with the diabetes which is non insulin dependent.

In fish oil Omega-3 fatty acids or other forms can help do the following:
Omega-3 fatty acids improve heart conditions which keep the level of cholesterol low, heart rate is irregular and stabilizes (arrhythmia) and blood pressure is reduced. Natural blood also includes Omega-3 which are thinners which can easily dilute blood cells.

Hypertension can be reduced by Omega-3 because it reduces the overall level of blood pressure.
Rheumatoid arthritis can be improved by Omega-3 fatty acids, lupus, Raynaud's disease and other autoimmune diseases because it helps from inflammation to stay free.
Depression is also relieved by omega-2 fatty acids and symptoms of other mental health problems by the entire traffic thoughts to keep them in pattern, reactions and the reflexes run easily.
In preventing cancer this omega-3 also helps because it can easily curb the carcinogen.
Daily intake for omega-3 is not recommended for this fatty acid. The food that you take which contain more omega-3 fatty acid is for the diet better. Plenty of omega-3 fatty acid are needed by pregnant women and the infants for the development of brain. Better consult your doctor if you are taking something related to omega-3 fatty acid.

A: Omega 6
Polyunsaturated fatty acids also include omega-6 fatty acids that are essential for the body. Of essential fatty acids (EFAs) this omega-6 fatty acid are one of the type that for good health is important. Omega-3s are the second one. The body cannot produce them basically refers to the term ESSENTIAL. When consuming certain foods it can be getting. Those that include linoleic acid are the most healthful among all omega-6 fatty acids.  These are converted to gamma linoleic acid (GLA) and become prostaglandins which are molecules that assist in inflammation regulation and blood pressure as well also includes heart, kidney functions and functions of gastrointestinal.

2. Benefits of Omega-6 Fatty Acids
in cereals, eggs, poultry, most vegetable oils, whole-grain breads baked goods and margarine these omega-6 fatty acid are used. In addition to this some researchers conducted by nutritionists reveals that these both types will only remain as GOOD fats and if the body gets balanced amount of both.
Several health benefits are also due to omega-6 fatty acid which includes some powers of healing on therapeutic oils with omega-6.The healing powers of this nutrient are credited to the fact that it has high concentrations of GLA. By the body this GLA is processed and to prostaglandins it is converted that can either block the inflammation or enhance it. GLA supplements like borage oil and evening primrose oil can calm inflammation which makes Omega-6 fatty acids good for inflammatory circumstances.
With high GLA content, Omega-6 fatty acids demonstrate a number of helpful effects include:
  • In cases of rheumatoid arthritis, it reduces the pains undergone. The good prostaglandins can effectively decrease inflamed joints. And if used at the same time with a prostaglandin-inhibiting anti-inflammatory medicine as ibuprofen, the effects will be improved.
  • The pains of PMS is relieved, endometriosis and fibrocystic breasts by making good prostaglandins and blocking the ‘bad' variety.
  • Eczema and psoriasis symptoms are decreased. in promoting healthy skin and hair this omega-6 fatty acid is beneficial; and in treating chronic skin illness.
  • It helps clear acne and rosacea. The GLA content can lessen pore congested up and developing lesions. Rosacea can be treated by fatty acids by inflammation reducing, limiting the use of cell of nutrients and contraction of blood vessels to be stimulated through prostaglandins.
  •  Diabetic neuropathy is also prevented and improved by this, this is because diabetics with GLA supplementation has improved function of nerve and prevents the detoriation of nerve from occurring.
3. How to Take Omega-6 Fatty Acids
for omega-6 fatty acid there is no required daily intake. It is normally recommended that usage for cooking is vegetable oils. Even though, no GLA is found but they do contain linoleic acid which is converted to GLA by the body. GLA content is not same in all omega-6 fatty acids sources. For example, 16% GLA is found in borage oil, 9% primrose, 17% black currant. For most sources take 1000 to 1300 mg daily of borage oil. With 240 to 300 mg this can be provided to the body of GLA respectively. In 3000 mg some dose of GLA is also found of evening primrose oil or black current seed oil in 1500 mg.
with food these omega-6 fatty acids must be taken. After months of uses the health benefits of this omega-6 fatty acid manifest. No known drug or nutrient is found of this omega-6 fatty acid. If you take omega-6 fatty acids for over a long period of time then you need to supervise the doctor. Requirement is periodic liver function.

A: Glutamine
Under the nonessential group which is the classification of glutamine. Glutamine is an amino acid since it can be readily synthesized by various tissues in the body, which includes skeletal muscles, liver, and adipose tissue. Conditionally, further developments in science stated which moreover glutamine can be an important amino acid. When for glutamine the metabolic demand exceeds, in the free the amount available glutamine pool and that which can be provided by de novo synthesis, and then essential to the body is glutamine.
2. Glutamine benefits

A marked high during exercise is the demand for plasma glutamine which is experienced or some other times when the stress is applied to the body's rate of normal metabolic which includes fasting, severe injury, illness, and many more. Lymphocytes and macrophages which are various cells of the immune system totally depend on this substance as source which is primarily fuel. So for example, in illness, in order to counteract the symptoms the immunological response is mounted. The cells' demand for glutamine consequently increases along with the heavy demand for more acts in the presentation of their functions.

By the enterocyte, about 40-50% of glutamine is consumed of the small intestines, which for these substances make them the larger substances. In addition to which in the cell nuclei this substance is used for the synthesis of nucleotides. This also explains the demand for glutamine which is increased during cell division. A sufficient supply of glutamine is important for the rapid development and growth. To supply the amount, De nova synthesis of the substance may not be enough to meet the physiological demand during severe time., metabolic stress when the free glutamine amount is depleted rapidly.

Adequate amount of glutamine needed by another important system is the system of skeletal. Skeletal muscles are the primary sites for glutamine synthesis. This is the reason why approximately 60% of the amino acids which is free in the skeletal muscles are free which are glutamine. This substance is also the most important amino acids within the plasma. During times of stress, cortisol, a glucocorticoid hormone is released. Of muscle protein, It release prompts the proteolysis and into the plasma, the release of glutamine to support the amplified demand for free glutamine.

Fasting which is hypoglycemic states which are for approximately 12 hours results in the chain which is branched of amino acids within the muscle which undergo the transamination process to yield or produce keto acids which for glucogenesis or ketogenesis are the precursor. In the generation of glutamate this results and also results in alanine. A substance which when synthesized is converted into glutamine and ammonia is called glutamate.

3. Intake Glutamine
Around $14 to $54, a month's supply of glutamine costs. In the form of gel capsules and powders the substance is sold. In major health or nutrition stores it is sold and in many dietary supplements an ingredient is used which includes powders of protein.

One major thing which should be noted is that about this substance it is unstable relatively in the solution. So if you mix this glutamine powder and use this it must be shortly consumed. Its consumption can be recommended by the manufacturer which be divided in dosages throughout the year. Before sleeping and after walking some other suggest it which is consumed shortly.

4. Ergogenic Effects
a important role is been played by glutamine in the maintenance of mass of muscle during physiological stress. Of these substances supplementation may promote nitrogen retention and prevent muscle protein loss. This substance is used by many enthusiasts in their drugs as a supplement to keep their muscles toned and mass to be maintained.

A: For Your Body Zinc supplements
A much needed mineral is being provided by zinc supplements which in your body in needed by each and every cell. Individually, by its own it is not able by the body to produce zinc that is why we need to make it clear that we eat enough food that contains the mineral, enough water to be drunk, or the zinc needed by our body provides the proper supplements which will give to our cells.

A crucial role is played by zinc which is very important with hundred of processes in the body of human. Support of the immune system, joints, tissues, including aiding in cell growth is the functions which are most prominent. To eliminate sexual dysfunction, boost sexual function, aid in the health of the hair, and help with skin wound healing has been proved by zinc supplements.

In the function of most of our senses which are the ability to taste, smell and see zinc plays a vital role and it doesn't matter how you look even. Zinc can counter vision loss in the event of macular degeneration; this has been proven by research. On the same side, deficiency of zinc can lead to dulling of the taste buds, also with the ability to detect scent.

For our bodies, if zinc is taken too much then it can be a bad thing in spite of which that zinc is an essential vitamin. This has been proved by researches that for an extended period taking more than 100 mg regularly can cause immune system damage. In the past, the people if they use to have a deficiency they can take benefit from taking zinc. The older people have been helped by this zinc supplement by bringing their intake back up to the exact level they should be taken in.
.you should always remember by taking the zinc supplements that with your absorption of copper zinc can get in the way.
